🏡 The house

The house is fully equipped and offers everything for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, combi oven, fridge with freezer and plenty of storage space — ideal for extensive cooking and enjoying together.

The bright and spacious living room on the upper floor is the heart of the house, with a large dining table, comfortable sofas and a cozy sitting area with wood stove. Thanks to WiFi and fiber optics, you always stay connected, and with the smart TV you can enjoy your favorite entertainment.

On this floor there is also a spacious bathroom with double sink and shower, and a separate toilet.

🛏️ Bedrooms

The three bedrooms are on the ground floor, which stays nice and cool in the summer. In addition, there is air conditioning for extra comfort.

Two bedrooms have direct access to the garden.

🌿 Outdoor living & relaxation

The outdoor area is exceptionally spacious (4400 m²) and offers plenty of privacy and tranquility. Enjoy the covered veranda overlooking the castle, dine together at the large outdoor table or relax on one of the sun loungers.

The jacuzzi is one of the highlights — perfect for relaxing both during the day and under the stars.

For children there is a trampoline, slide, toys, board games and a large garden to play in.

🌊 On the Dordogne

At the end of the garden, you walk directly into the Dordogne — ideal for swimming, relaxing by the water or fishing.

In season, you'll also find canoe rentals and a cosy riverside snack bar — perfect for a drink or a simple meal.

Guest access
Guests can use the full accommodation excluding the barn and one built-in wardrobe in the house.

Other things to note
Along the valley, near the house, there is a railway line with a quiet, local train connection (maximum about 8 times a day). The train only runs during the day, at low speed and with short trains.

The track is elevated in relation to the house and is shielded by vegetation and a fence, so that there is no direct contact and the situation is experienced as safe, even for families with children.

In practice, most guests do not experience this as disturbing. The tranquility, the view and the natural environment clearly predominate.
