Les Cèpes is a spacious and very atmospheric house with four hundred year old stone walls and beams, a large sitting-dining room with open kitchen, equipped with all conveniences and very cozy. Both in front of the house and on the side there is a terrace with seats separated by a hedge from the large swimming pool of 6 x 12 meters. It has a beautiful view over the large lawn, where there is plenty of room for children to play, and over the meadow and the edge of the forest.
The living room with beautiful chestnut floor and cozy sitting area has a modern open kitchen with appliances, a spacious dining area and doors to a sunny, semi-covered terrace. The interior is comfortable and equipped with a television with satellite receiver (all Dutch channels), a DVD player and a stereo with CD player.
There are also two spacious bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a double bed and the other with 2 separate beds, a bathroom with sink, shower, bathtub and a separate toilet. An open staircase leads to the floor, where there are two cozy attic bedrooms, each with a sink, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, and a toilet. The house includes: washing machine, dryer, iron, dishwasher, bed linen and, if desired, a child's bed and high chair.
