Gite Merlot is a large holiday home that can accommodate 6 to 8 people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A characteristic house full of comfort, space and style.
The gite is approximately 125m2. On the ground floor a large living room, separate dining room with large dining table in the middle, an original fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 2-person bedroom with shower, toilet and sink.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, ceramic hob, oven,
microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
Even a washing machine is present.
In the center of the house a staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two more bedrooms, and a large loft. One bedroom has two
large authentic 1-person bed. The other bedroom is equipped with two single beds (which if desired also as 2-person bed can be made.) On the loft there are two more single beds. In total there can be 8 persons accommodated in Gite Merlot -There is a second bathroom on the upper floorwith shower, toilet and sink.
There is garden and terrace in front of and behind the gite equipped with garden furniture.
A hardwood dining table with 8 chairs is on the terrace at the front for delicious outdoor dining. There is also a barbecue available.
The gites are located on the edge of the village on a park-like site. A chestnut tree lane leads to the gites, roses colors and scents along the old walls-There are various fruit trees where you, as the time is right, can harvest. Delicious outdoor dining on the terrace or lawn, lighting the barbecue or enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine and cheese. The singing of the many birds at night and the owls are your "background music".
A refreshing splash in the pool is at any time of the day
possible. There are sun beds by the pool to enjoy the sun
