"Le Soleil d'Eyraud" is a charming holiday home in the authentic, typical périgourdine style of the Dordogne.

Ideal for groups of up to 10 people, this beautiful accommodation offers everything needed for an unforgettable, pleasant, relaxing holiday.

The house was completely renovated and tastefully redecorated in 2025. Inside you can enjoy all modern comforts including air conditioning, combined with an attractive contemporary interior that exudes warmth and cosiness. A lot of attention has been paid to the surrounding wooded area. 

The wooded area invites you to walk, cycle and explore together. Children can play freely in the spacious garden or in the renovated heated swimming pool that has a depth of up to 2 meters! (Heated May to September) — ideal for swimming laps, playing with the family or just relaxing by the water's edge. Both inside and outside, the house exudes peace, charm and carefree holiday fun – for young and old.

The ground floor:

• The house has a fully equipped open kitchen, equipped with every comfort: a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, gas hob, oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer, etc.
• The cozy sitting area is equipped with a pellet stove and air conditioning, so that it is comfortable to stay all year round. For the kids there are board games, toys and fun books.
• In addition, there is a smart TV with the possibility to open your  Disney+, Netflix and Prime Video account.

Perfect for an evening of relaxation.

• Bedroom 1: is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed (160x200).
• Bedroom 2: features two 90x200 beds that can easily be joined together to form a king-size bed perfect for both solo travelers and couples who appreciate some extra space.
• The spacious bathroom is equipped with a stylish walk-in shower, sink and washing machine
• Separate toilet.
• Bedroom 3: This spacious bedroom with beautiful views has its own separate entrance and bathroom. It can be entered from the outside of the house. This spacious room has a queen size bed of 160x200, shower, sink and toilet.

The upper floor:

• Bedroom 4: is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed (160x200)
• Bedroom 5: (smaller room) has two separate beds of 90x200. 

Bedroom 4 and 5 are connected to each other, which makes the rooms very suitable as a family-friendly family room. You have the entire upper floor at your disposal.

In addition, this floor is equipped with air conditioning for optimal comfort.

The garden:

• Spacious and green garden of no less than 8500 m2, surrounded by beautiful trees and a beautiful view.
• Heated private swimming pool (8.5 x 4 m, depth 1.2 to 2 meters) equipped with comfortable sunbeds and sun loungers.
• Ideal for relaxation and fun.
• Cozy chill corner with a lounge lounge, perfect for cozy evenings.
• Well equipped large luxurious coal BBQ.
• Plenty of stylish and pleasant garden furniture for 10 people.
• Plenty of umbrellas on all terraces for the hot sunny days.
• Outside there are two dining tables each suitable for 10 people, one of which is cozy under a fixed pergola.
