Damienne

Damienne is a lovely holiday home for 10 people with a large private swimming pool (10 x 5 meters!) and pool house. The garden is approximately 2000m2 and there are several (covered) terraces. The holiday home is located just a few km from the beautiful town of Montignac, where the world famous Lascaux caves are also located. The house is wonderfully spacious and comfortably yet simply furnished.

Inside
Entrance, large living room (48m2) with beautiful fireplace, dining area and partially open kitchen. Both the living room and the kitchen have direct access to the terrace with swimming pool. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom (11m2) with a double bed with French doors and a bathroom with shower.

^1st floor
On the first floor are three bedrooms two (9 and 18m2) have a double bed, the ^3rd
is a large children's room (35m2) with 5 single beds and finally there is a bathroom with bath and shower (balnéo), toilet and a room with a desk.

Outside
Holiday home Damienne has a large, fully fenced garden with garden furniture and a barbecue. The large private swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters is fenced so that your small children are not at risk. There is also a pool house with a covered terrace, which is ideal for warmer days.

Surroundings
For daily shopping you can go to Terrasson or Montignac, both a few kilometers away (shops, supermarkets, restaurants and weekly markets). Damienne is ideally located to explore the
caves of Lascaux or the beautiful Vezere valley. There are also good connections to the heart of the Dordogne with its beautiful rivers Vézère and Dordogne and places such as Sarlat, Domme,
Les Eyzies. There you will find attractions such as canoeing on the rivers, beautiful castles, beautiful villages etc. There are 6 golf courses within a radius of 50 kilometers!

Should you be visiting the spectacular new Lascaux caves, this holiday home is a short drive from these caves.
