The villa park Les Bois Senis is located approximately 8 hours' drive from Utrecht, beautifully situated between the sunflower fields in the sunny French countryside. Our villa, on the edge of the park, is surrounded by a large garden and offers a lot of privacy. It is one of the villas with the most privacy in the park. Much of the garden is fully fenced, which is ideal for families with small children or guests wishing to bring their dog. From the living room and terrace you have a beautiful view of the adjacent open field and adjacent bois de feu. With a bit of luck you can see deer in the field early in the morning and in the afternoon while enjoying your favorite drink. The covered terrace is ideal for outdoor dining . In the evening it is wonderful to relax and enjoy the sunset on the terrace and dine by the outdoor fireplace/BBQ. All this in complete privacy.
The villa is fully equipped. The three existing bedrooms (2 large and 1 smaller) can accommodate 6 people. There are also two bathrooms. A larger one, en suite to one of the bedrooms, which has a bath and toilet. The second, smaller bathroom has a shower. There is also a separate toilet. The large living room/dining room has a large television with satellite receiver for the reception of various TV and music channels. You can use WiFi throughout the house and on the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and toaster. There is also a coffee maker and kettle. In the utility room at the rear of the house is a brand new washing machine and dryer.
In the middle of the car-free park is a large swimming pool with children's pool and playground. In summer you can buy ice creams, drinks and snacks by the pool. Spread over the park you will find a jeu de boules court and fields where (ball) games can be played. The park is located near the town of Vasles, where you can do your shopping at a supermarket, butcher and pastry shop. This village also has a bank and a bar/bistro with a large terrace on the market square. In the immediate vicinity of the park is a 27-hole golf course. Furthermore, the villa is only an hour's drive from the charming coastal town of La Rochelle and just over half an hour's drive.
