Maison 67 Le Bois Senis.

In one of the sunniest regions of France (Poitou-Charentes) is our beautiful villa, beautifully situated in the French countryside.
Between the sunflower fields and in the immediate vicinity of a 27-hole golf course, you will find the villa park Le Bois Senis.

Our perfectly maintained villa is located on the edge of the park and has a large garden (500m2)  with lots of privacy. The garden is fully fenced, which is ideal for families with children. A private parking space is also available.

Through the patio doors you enter the huge covered terrace. Here you  can eat together at the large table with comfortable chairs or take a nap on 1 of the sunbeds. On the small terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view over the fields and admire the setting sun while enjoying a nice French wine. Deer are regularly spotted.

The 100m2 villa is fully equipped. There are air purification devices in the living room and in 1 of the bedrooms. Especially for those with different allergies.
The 3 bedrooms present
are equipped with Auping and new box-spring beds for 6 people. There are 2 bathrooms. 1 bathroom en-suite with bath, toilet and washbasin in the master bedroom and 1 bathroom in the hallway with a shower and sink. There is also a separate toilet.
The living room with open kitchen is 55m2 in size. In the living room is a large  smart TV (55 inch) with many Dutch channels by means of NL Ziet. A home cinema, WIFI sound box and a perfect Wifi connection are at your disposal. In the cupboard are board games for young and old. Lego and books for the little ones. A high chair  is also available on request!
The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, Senseo, Nespresso, filter coffee maker, air fryer, and kettle. A complete kitchen design, too many to mention.
In the hallway is a separate work cupboard with  a washer / dryer and a 2nd refrigerator. An ironing board and iron are also included.
There is a gas BBQ on the terrace and there is an electric griddle for the table. 

In the middle of the car-free park is a large swimming pool with children's pool and playground. Spread over the park there are 2 beautiful jeu de boules courts, a table tennis table and fields where ball games can be played. On a field there are football goals for the fans.

The  park is located near the town of Vasles, where you can go for everything. Including a supermarket, butcher, bakery, bank, post office, etc. 
Cities such as Niort, Poitiers and the coastal town of La Rochelle are within easy reach.
The region meets the ideal image of France. Sunny weather, picturesque villages, relaxed life and very good and affordable food.
In the area there are many castles and typical rural villages with local markets and festivals in the summer. In Sanxay, operas are performed in the open-air theater  in the summer.
All in all, a perfect place for families with young children and anyone who loves peace and nature and likes to hit a ball on the 27-hole golf course.
