Maison 67 Le Bois Senis.

Our beautiful villa is beautifully situated in the French countryside in one of the sunniest regions of France (Poitou-Charentes).
The villa park Le Bois Senis is located between the sunflower fields and in the immediate vicinity of a 27-hole golf course.

Our perfectly maintained villa is located on the edge of the park and has a large garden (500m2) with lots of privacy. The garden is completely enclosed, which is ideal for families with children. A private parking space is also available.

Through the patio doors you enter the huge covered terrace. Here you can eat together at the large table with comfortable chairs or take a nap on one of the sunbeds. On the small terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view over the fields and admire the setting sun while enjoying a nice French wine. Deer are regularly spotted.

The 100m2 villa is fully equipped. The 3 existing bedrooms
can accommodate 6 people and are equipped with Auping and box-spring beds. There are also 2 bathrooms. 1 bathroom en-suite with bath, toilet and washbasin in the main bedroom and 1 bathroom in the hallway with a shower and washbasin. There is also a separate toilet. The living room with open kitchen is 55m2. In the living room there is a large smart TV (55 inch) with many channels (including ESPN) through Canal Digital. A home cinema and a perfect WiFi connection are at your disposal. There are board games for young and old in the cupboard. Lego and books for the little ones.
The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, Senseo, Nespresso, regular coffee maker, airfryer, and kettle.etc. A full kitchen, too many to mention. In the hallway is a separate utility cupboard containing a washer / dryer and a 2nd refrigerator. There is also an ironing board and iron. There is a gas BBQ on the terrace and an electric griddle for the table. Maison 67 tenants receive a 20% discount on the Domaine des Forges golf club.

In the middle of the car-free park is a large swimming pool with children's pool and playground. Spread over the park is a beautiful jeu de boules court and fields where ball games can be played.

The park is located near the town of Vasles, where you can find everything. Including a supermarket, butcher, bakery, bank, post office, etc
Cities such as Niort, Poitiers and the coastal town of La Rochelle are easily accessible.
