Villa Les Bois Senis

Domaine les Forges / Le Bois Senis is a luxurious and comfortable villa park with approximately 90 villas in sunny Poitou-Charentes with many facilities for (young) families and seniors. And that only 760 km and less than an 8-hour drive (from Breda).

The park is perfectly maintained and exudes luxury, tranquility and safety. The park has a large swimming pool and a toddler pool. There is also a playground and two jeu de boules courts and a table tennis table.

Our perfectly maintained villa number 34 has all residential functions on the ground floor and is located in the most beautiful part of the park. The 80 m2 villa has a beautiful, enclosed garden with privacy where you can enjoy the barbecue from the terrace of approximately 90 m2 (of which approximately 60 m2 is covered) and see many flowering plants and shrubs. There are chairs around the table and there are sun loungers, all made of hardwood. There is a garden for the sun and a garden with a picnic table for the necessary shade in the summer. The park is car-free.

The spacious living room has patio doors on two sides where you open directly onto the terrace. The living room includes a sofa bed where two children can sleep well, a three-person sofa and chairs. On the television table there is a DVD and a TV with CanalDigital, which also contains all Dutch channels. The living room has a fireplace and the villa has tilt-and-turn windows with mosquito nets everywhere. The two bedrooms each have two box-spring beds measuring 90 x 200 cm and both bedrooms have their own bathroom. The large bathroom has a toilet, sink, bath and shower. The small bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. There is a wide range of all kinds of attributes in the house. You must bring your own linen (including duvet covers, fitted sheets). There are good and clean duvets and pillows (new).

The open kitchen is luxurious and there is a dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.
The washing machine is located in a special closed room. The meter cupboard contains the ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner.

The region fully meets the ideal image of France: pleasant weather, picturesque villages, cozy terraces, a relaxed atmosphere and not to mention excellent and very affordable regional cuisine.
The park is quietly located, 1 km from an organic shop (for daily shopping) and approximately 4 km from a town with a bakery, caterer, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Three large towns such as Poitiers are approximately 30 minutes away by car with large and diverse shops, supermarkets and restaurants. There are many castles and typical rural villages in the area with local markets and festivals. It is beautiful for cycling and walking.
In Poitiers (the oldest university city in France with a very beautiful center) you can go to the Futuroscope amusement park. It is approximately a 30-minute drive away. The wide sandy beaches of La Rochelle and the island 'Ile de Re' and the beautiful marsh area 'Marais Poitevin' can be reached after about an hour's drive. There is a lot to do in the area. There is a beautiful large golf course about 1 km away where you can buy a green fee per day for a small amount. There is a bicycle rental service with cheap rates approximately 1 km away.

In the 'guestbook' that you will find in our house, we have described a number of things for you, including: where the various shops, restaurants, sights, bicycle rental and medical facilities are. It also explains how the various appliances in the house work, such as the washing machine, dishwasher, etc.

You can also rent the same type of villa from commercial providers. For our villa you pay less and you have a perfectly maintained bungalow with beautiful furnishings and a beautiful garden with privacy in the most beautiful part of the park! We hope for nice tenants for our villa who will handle our house with care.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on holiday in our villa.

It is a very safe park with pleasant residents and guests. In addition, the park manager takes good care of the maintenance of the park.
