A warm welcome to our house in Corsica. The house is located in a holiday park in Favone.
Favone is a small village right on the sea with a number of cozy restaurants and a beautiful bay.

You can walk to the sea (450 meters) or by car, there are plenty of parking spaces and parking is free. Directly behind the house is a large nature reserve.

The house is located on a hill, is detached and we have no neighbors next to us. This gives you a lot of privacy, silence and tranquility. The house has a sea view. Furthermore, the house is fully equipped. A wonderful place to spend your holiday and enjoy beautiful Corsica!

We have been coming to Corsica for more than 30 years. We have owned the house since 2006. Corsica is truly a fantastic island. Enjoy the beautiful clear sea, white beaches and tasty restaurants. The interior is full of unspoilt nature. Marie-Lise will arrange everything for you on site, and we are of course also available to answer questions and give you all kinds of tips about the area.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of writtencancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
