Corsica: the Island of Beauty
Corsica is also known as the Island of Beauty, and for a good reason - its nature is gorgeous and so are the tourist attractions. Corsica is a paradise for walkers and hikers, including those who take their sport seriously. The well-known GR20 is a demanding but breath-takingly beautiful hike across the island. From your holiday home, it’s also easy to explore Corsica by car. The capital, Ajaccio, the imposing port of Bastia, the historic riches of Corte, the fortified city of Bonifacio, the lovely Porto-Vecchio and the long beach of Calvi – Corsica is almost too small to have so many attractions. In the months of July and August, it can be pretty busy, but thanks to its mild climate, you can holiday in Corsica all year round.
