Capicciola is located near the small cozy seaside resort of Pinarellu, not far from Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio, which is located on the main road between Bastia and Bonifacio. The beautiful bay of Villata is only an 8-minute walk away. The shallow bay of Villata, with its white sand and reliable water, is very suitable for young children. The beach has a section for naturism enthusiasts (2/3) and a section for clothed bathers (1/3).
The house is also a great base for those who enjoy water sports or mountain sports. There is excellent windsurfing and a boat can be carried into the bay. You can start the GR20 in Saint Lucie de Porto Vecchio.

The house is very comfortable and fully equipped. The entire interior is designed according to the principles of modern classical design. The entire house has an acoustic ceiling, which brings the noise level to a very good level. There are steel sun blinds on all windows. The sliding doors in the bedrooms and the dining room have pleated screen doors. The house has a heating and cooling system, which is based on a “Pompe a Chaleur”. It is made hot or cold water from the outside air, through which the pipes are guided in the floor. The house also has a solar boiler. In the summer the entire house can therefore be processed.
The main tree is located under a large canopy on the northwest side of the house. The spacious entrance contains the main toilet and the meter cupboard.
The villa has a spacious lounge with a fireplace. It is a beautiful large high space with double sliding doors to a wooden terrace under a lovely veranda, overlooking the beautifully decorated garden. If you stand at the back of the garden you can see the bay of Pinarellu.
A small staircase leads from the lounge to a very spacious and high dining room. This dining room also has three sliding doors with a direct connection to a wooden terrace with a large dining table under a beautiful veranda. The dining room is open to the beautifully equipped kitchen. The spacious cooking island is separated by gas. The kitchen is fully equipped. The utility room is adjacent to the kitchen, with a washing machine and dryer. Here you can enter the house through the back door.
The villa has a special area for bedrooms. downstairs there are 4 bedrooms, each with two beds and closets. One bedroom has its own, beautifully decorated bathroom with shower and double sink. The general bathroom has a large bath in addition to a shower. There is a second toilet and an installation room in this part of the house.
All sanitary facilities in both the bathrooms and toilets are designed by Phillipe Starck and all tiling is white glass mosaic. The sanitary facilities are very luxuriously furnished.

A large swimming pool has been constructed in the garden, measuring 5 by 10 meters and with a depth of 1.10 m to 1.70 m. The swimming pool has LED lighting. It can be mechanical with an automatic Hydrodeck. Due to the closing cover, children are not in danger of falling into the pool. There are a few sunbeds around the pool. The garden is beautifully decorated. At the beginning of summer the white orleanders are in full bloom. 3 cars can be parked behind the sliding gate. The planted mulberries will eventually provide the cars with the necessary shade in the summer. There is a path to the rear of the site where you will join the walking route to Villata beach.

In Pinarellu you can find cozy terraces and nice restaurants along the waterfront. You will also find a number of nice restaurants along the road to Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio. In Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio you will find the shops for your daily needs. There is a bakery, a butcher, a magazine shop, a supermarket, a petrol station and a cozy café. In Lecchi you will find several farms where you can buy good and affordable (open) wines.

For all other facilities you need to be in Porto Vecchio itself. Porto Vecchio is a pleasant Corsican town. It has a beautiful central square with a beautiful mysterious tree. The church borders this square.
