Holiday home 2.23 is equipped with all amenities and is located in a wooded area.

The house has a spacious living room with a fully equipped modern open kitchen.
There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed. The house can accommodate up to 6 people.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a heating element. The toilet is in a separate room.

The terrace is partly covered and of course also equipped with sufficient chairs, table(s) and BBQ.

Holiday home 2.23 is located on a spacious plot, so there is little trouble from the "neighbors". You can park your car on your own property next to/behind the house.

Since november 2013 we (mother, daughter and son) are the proud owners of this holidayhouse, number 2.23 at holidayparc " Etang Valliers" which is close at the small village Brossac.
We use this house for us self but would give other people also the possibility to rent it and let them enjoy this nice place.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Arrival date-Departure date (arrival after 16:00 and departure before 10:00).
Prices are in high season (= end of June to beginning of September) incl. Electricity and Water (outside high season above 100kw/h per week you have to pay for Electricity (0.30 ct per extra kw/h). Price includes administration and reservation costs and taxes.

Our payment terms are as follows:

* We would like to receive 30% of the total rent including the deposit within 5 days upon booking.
* The booking is final as soon as the deposit has been credited to our account.
* You owe the remainder no later than 30 days before arrival.
* If you book within 30 days before arrival, you must pay the full amount immediately upon booking.

We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will not be refunded, which means that full payment must be made.

2:23 The cottage is situated on the park Etang Vallier, which is near the village Brossac. The park has about 60 rentals that are different in size and decor. The unique location of the park offers many opportunities for water sports enthusiasts or for sunbathers on the beach. From the park there are extensive cycling and walking routes or you can drive through the numerous villages and picturesque roads touring. In brossac about 2 km away is a bakery and a pharmacy. In chalais about 8 km away include a large Intermarchee, some restaurants and a train station.
