This villa in the center of Saint Palais is an ideal place to relax. Within walking distance of shops, the market and the beach, but in a quiet residential area. The house is surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden with many flowering shrubs and beautiful palm trees.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, of which 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are on the first floor, the others on the ground floor.
The large bright living room with large TV and stereo has a view of the beautiful garden. Next to the living room is the large open kitchen with fridge / freezer, oven, microwave and 4 ring hob.
In the utility room a washing machine and dryer are at your disposal.

There is a covered terrace with dining table and chairs. There are also sun loungers in the large garden.
In the summer there is a large (set-up) swimming pool in the garden of approx. 5m diameter.
There is also a table tennis table and for the small children there is a playhouse.
For the enthusiasts there are body boards in the garage to enjoy bodyboarding on the waves.
At the house there are 2 parking places on private property.

Furthermore, there are beautiful walks and cycle paths along the coast that invite you to take a wonderful walk or bike ride.
In summer, many activities are organized, such as fireworks and concerts on the beach (eg Un Violon Sur le Sable in Royan), evening markets and festivals.
In Saint Palais are several tennis courts and a public 18-hole golf course.

In 1986 we first came to this region and fell in love with this part of France. Really authentic French. We dreamed about having a house here. 8 years later in 1994 our dream became reality with the purchase of our first house. In 2002 we had the opportunity to buy a beautiful piece of land at one of the most beautiful places in Saint Palais. We had a new house built in 2003 and since then we want to let you enjoy our French dream.
