Fully detached house with fantastic views over the Lot valley. Equipped with all comforts including WIFI and swimming pool. The house is set in beautiful surroundings: the Vallée du Lot. Beautiful nature and various places nearby that are definitely worth a visit.
Direct surroundings: hiking, cycling and canoeing
In the immediate area you can make fantastic walks. Walks are over specially designated paths (sentiers), but it is also quiet enough to walk over the road, for example from the house upwards. Ask the Dutch owners of the nearby campsite for the most beautiful walks in the area. They know all the paths and roadside in detail. Furthermore, you can enjoy cycling (both steep and fairly flat) and nearby is a canoe rental for canoeing across the river.
The layout of the house is as follows:
At the entrance there is a toilet and a hallway with two bedrooms: 1 bedroom with two beds and a bunk bed (so sleeps 4) and 1 bedroom with 2 beds. Between these two bedrooms is a bathroom with bath / shower and sink. At the end of the hallway there is a staircase down (the house is on a hill and therefore consists of 2 levels).
At the bottom of the stairs there is another WC and a spacious twin bedroom. This bedroom has a bathroom with shower and sink. From the very spacious living room (6 x 10 m) and the kitchen you have a great view. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances (large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, Senseo and a Nespresso coffee machine). Adjoining the kitchen is a covered terrace.
Next to the house is an eight-shaped swimming pool with a depth of 1.25 meters to 1.70 meters. The pool is 5 meters wide and is 7.50 meters long.
By the pool is a spacious terrace with fixed barbecue. There is also a table tennis table.
Within walking distance of the house is a small campsite with Dutch owners. There you can get fresh bread daily. Children staying in maison aveyron can use the animation on the campsite during the high season.
When my father drove through the Vallée du Lot, he was immediately sold. What a great region in a relatively undiscovered piece of France. His enthusiasm was contagious: the area also seemed great to me. When it turned out that this site was for sale, we did not hesitate for a moment. We jumped in there and did not regret it. Since 2008, we are the proud owners of our dream: a self-designed house in a beautiful location. In turn, we enjoy it. Every time again.

Enige nadeel is het halve hek waardoor ballen wegrollen en dat de warmte naar boven trekt waardoor de bovenste slaapkamers erg warm zijn.
Een prachtig huis op een prachtige ligging. Ideaal om te onthaasten en voor diegene die natuur en rust op prijs kunnen stellen.
Staat niet op het lijstje : een 10 voor de plaatselijke beheerders. Hele lieve mensen.
Mooie, ruime en zeer rustig gelegen vakantiewoning met leuk zwembad.
Mooie ligging, weliswaar wat afgelegen van toeristische plekjes (al snel 60' rijden) en winkels (10' rijden).
