The house is located in Léruech, 3 km from La Salvetat Peyrales, where there is a bakery. A large supermarket can be found just 15 km away in Rieupeyroux.
The house consists of a living area, a dining area and the kitchen on the ground floor.
On the first floor there is a large bedroom and a spacious bathroom.
