Pradalaux

From St. Jean de Bruel to the Gorges de la Dourbie is the three mile drive to Le Pradalaux. At the end of the road on the southern slope of a small valley, the charming former mayor's house.

 This authentic, cozy house - suitable for 2 to 10 people - is completely free to over 8 ha of land, is fully equipped and features a large swimming pool. Surrounding the house are several terraces, sunny and shaded with mature fruit trees. Everywhere the small spring source tidy which the house takes its name.

From this quiet place high on the hill, you have a fascinating view of the surrounding woodlands. Every season is near again equally beautiful and different in color. Here you are surrounded by nature and runs from the house as the hills for great long or short walks.

Le Pradalaux is more than a holiday. It is surrounded by nature, is fully equipped and you can be winter or summer - both with two people, as two families - stay more than pleasant.

Directly connected to the dining / living room (50 m2) is the well-equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Spread over two floors and four bedrooms there are 10 good beds and a cot. On each floor there is a bathroom with bath. In the basement at the level of the pool is a 3rd bathroom which is very useful especially in the summer.

In summer the thick stone walls in house cool and when it's cold outside keep the central heating and fireplace to warm. Of course there is a washing machine, a sound system, video and TV (with Dutch channels).

The house is a large green terrace. Here you can enjoy in the shade of a walnut tree robust in all seasons of the beautiful view of the valley in the old outdoor oven, which was once the bread baked, can be fine summer barbecues.

Next to the terrace is the swimming pool (5x10m) with sun terrace where you are in easy chairs can bask in the warmth of the French sun.

Surrounded by woods and grassy weitjes Le Pradalaux is also a wonderful place for children, full of adventures.
