Le Pradalaux is in a beautiful location, secluded from civilization. You don't hear anyone. Only nature sounds around you. The large trees in the garden provide shade and cooling on even very hot days, so you can sit outside all day. In the garden, the children found frogs, toads, salamanders and lizards. They also spot a snake. And true paradise for them and the dog.
In the house there is a need for finery (tap kitchen a bit loose, here and there the sealant is no longer ok, carpet upstairs and seat some stains, cellars with pool material, garden equipment and laundry room are messy and the bathroom downstairs and those in the basement are in need of renovation. The kitchen has been renovated. The bedrooms are fine, but the ones upstairs also stay very warm at night on hot days. When we arrived, there were quite a few dead flies (probably because it wasn't rented out the week before us) and there were quite a lot of cobwebs.
Even though you have everything you need in this spacious house, the price is a bit too high for the condition of the house in our opinion. You mainly pay for the location, which is of course great for those who are looking for absolute peace and quiet.
