Villa Roseraie

The living room opens out through French doors to the cozy terrace and the garden where the private swimming pool (4x8) is located. The lawn gives a very natural atmosphere to the whole and the nicely decorated garden makes this place an ideal resting point during your holiday. A game of table tennis is possible as well as a game of 'jeu de boulles' on the local court, which is easily accessible by foot. Afterwards, a drink of victory in the bar of the village, after which it is a small transfer to the house to relax to another successful day. Of course there is a BBQ. You can park your car on site behind the gate or on the large parking lot in front of the house.

Entering the hall is the kitchen on the left with the storage room next to it. The living room with French doors to the covered terrace and the garden light to the right and straight ahead is the stairs to the floors with the bedrooms. There is of course a toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms (all double beds), each with its own bathroom. One bathroom has a bath, shower and sink, one bathroom has a sink and shower, the third bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet. There is also a toilet on this floor. The second floor has a further two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds). On this floor there is also a bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet. Of course there is plenty of cupboard space.

The house is located in the center of a colorful village close to the shops, bakery, small supermarket. French village life will take you and transport you to a special holiday experience. The large, authentic, spacious house is within walking distance of the pleasant center of the village and is fully equipped. The garden has a lot of atmosphere and offers absolute privacy. The beach is relatively close and from the house you can easily reach the mountainous landscape of the 'Montagne Noir' or a trip to the Pyrenees is certainly possible. Of course it is wonderful to stay in and around this grandiose home.
