From the living room, French doors lead out onto the cozy terrace and garden where the private swimming pool (4x8) is located. The lawn gives a very natural atmosphere to the whole and the nicely decorated garden makes this place an ideal resting point during your holiday. A game of 'jeu de boulles' on the local court that can easily be reached on foot. Afterwards, enjoy a glass of victory in the village bar, after which it is a short transfer to the house to relax after another successful day. Of course there is a BBQ. You can park your car on the private property behind the gate or in the large parking lot in front of the house.
Entering the hall, the kitchen is on the left with the storage room next to it. The living room with patio doors to the covered terrace and the garden is on the right and straight ahead is the stairs to the floors with the bedrooms. Of course there is a toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms (all double beds), all with their own bathroom. One bathroom has a bath, toilet, shower and sink, one bathroom has a sink and shower, the third bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet. There is also a toilet on this floor. The second floor has a further two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds). On this floor there is also a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Of course there is plenty of cupboard space. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The house is located in the center of a colorful village close to shops, bakery, small supermarket. French village life will grab you and transport you to a special holiday experience. The large, authentic, spacious house is within walking distance of the pleasant center of the village and is fully equipped. The garden has a lot of atmosphere and offers absolute privacy. The beach is relatively close and from the house you can easily reach the mountain landscape of the 'Montagne Noir' or a trip to the Pyrenees is certainly possible. Naturally, it is wonderful to stay in and around this grandiose home.
