The villa is within walking distance of the village center of Ginestas, where you will find all basic amenities: bakery, bar, restaurants, post office and tobacco shop. Just a 5-minute drive away is the village of Saint-Marcel-sur-Aude, with supermarkets and more shops.
The Mediterranean beaches are easily accessible by car, as are the historic cities of Narbonne, Béziers and the famous medieval citadel of Carcassonne. Nature lovers can walk along paths, discover authentic villages and enjoy the wine landscapes all around.
