The covered terrace offers ample space for the dining table. Directly connected to it is the beautiful terrace and the heated swimming pool (4x8) with steps. There is enough space for sun loungers around the swimming pool and it is surrounded by the modern, attractive landscaped garden. Of course there is a BBQ and you can park your car at the house on its own enclosed grounds.

The living room (44m²) and the fully equipped open kitchen open onto the covered terrace through the sliding doors. There are three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (140X190), is on the ground floor and has patio doors to the terrace and pool. Next to this bedroom there is a bathroom with shower, double sink and a guest toilet in the hallway. The two other bedrooms with double beds (140x190) are on the first floor. Also here is a second bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and a toilet on this floor. The contemporary heated private swimming pool and the complete, contemporary villa with its two bathrooms and three bedrooms give you a wonderful luxurious feeling that you will enjoy for a long time to come. This complete villa, the many sights and the beach which is relatively close makes this an excellent place to spend a wonderful holiday. This new modern villa has the living room with open kitchen. One of the bedrooms opens onto the covered terrace where you have a view of the modern swimming pool with its garden. Located in a nice, typical village, the villa is only 10 minutes from a large supermarket. The beach is also relatively close, and there is a lake at a 10 min drive. Naturally, this region has many nice sights. Staying in this villa makes your holiday a true enjoyment.
