Where the front of the house radiates restraint, a world opens up for you after entering. A large luxurious kitchen, fully equipped and directly connected to the spacious living room. From this living room there is really a fantastic view over the garden and vineyards of Pouzols-Minervois and Mailhac.

In the garden there is a large swimming pool, surrounded by several places where you can sunbathe undisturbed. The garden also has a terrace with a large, wood-fired barbecue where you can prepare the most delicious dishes. Traditionally, this is done on 'souches' (wine stumps), originating from the grubbed vineyards.

Under a star-filled sky and the atmospheric soft blue light of the pool, the veranda provides a beautiful home for a sultry summer evening.

The air-conditioned house is a true paradise for both young and old and at the same time offers all the peace that a person could wish for. But the crowds are around the corner, for this you can move to Narbonne, Béziers or one of the other major cities in the neighborhood. These offer a good base for both an afternoon of culture and an evening of cozy dining. The beach, several places for a cultural / historical day out, a large lake and several rivers are nearby.

The house also has a spacious bathroom with separate toilet. On the first floor a spacious bedroom with two single beds and on the ground floor a spacious double sofa bed of excellent quality.

The house is owned by a private French owner, but the rental procedure is entirely in Dutch. You also maintain contact in Dutch.
