This cosily furnished villa called 'Villa Lirado' is located in a French village with the local shops within walking distance to get delicious fresh French baguettes from the real bakery in the morning. The bedrooms are on the ground floor, which keeps them nice and cool in the summer.
The living room (40m²) and the open kitchen (12m²) are located on the first floor, are equipped with all necessary equipment and have an adjoining terrace that opens onto the garden with swimming pool. There is a toilet on this floor. The washing machine is in the storage room downstairs. There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have two single beds (90x200) and 1 bedroom has double bed (200x200) and a private shower. The bathroom has a bath, double sink and toilet.
Since the 2025 season, the living rooms (living room, dining room and kitchen) have been air-conditioned.
In the village are some small shops (bakery, bank, restaurant, bar.) and 5 minutes away by car are several large supermarkets and other shops. The beach is relatively close and in the area there are enough sights to fill several vacations
