Villa Myosotis

A game on the jeu de boulles court, swimming in the heated private pool and relaxing on the spacious covered terrace, everything is possible. Arriving at this villa you can linger uninhibited on the spacious covered terrace. You overlook the rolling countryside with its hills, vineyards and the mountains of the Pyrenees. From the villa you can take walks and the village is close by for fresh croissants every morning. The wooded area invites you to relax and a day at the beach is certainly an option.

The living room and the open kitchen (65m²) are connected to the large covered terrace, which can be reached through French doors. The kitchen is of course equipped with all the modern equipment you would expect from a holiday villa. All bedrooms are on the ground floor. Two bedrooms have patio doors to the covered terrace and two double beds (210x180 and 210x180). One of these bedrooms has its own bathroom with vanity unit, walk-in shower, bath and toilet. The second bathroom is located between the other two bedrooms and has a vanity unit and a shower. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (200x80). Of course there is a guest toilet in the hallway. The large, spacious covered terrace communicates with two bedrooms and the living room/kitchen and is therefore easily accessible. Here you can fully enjoy the peace, space and great view. A spacious, wide staircase takes you to the lower sun terrace with the sunbeds, the heated private swimming pool (4x8) and the jacuzzi. There is also the possibility for a game of jeu de boulles on your own track and there is table tennis for the avid sportsmen (or fun players). Of course, this villa has a BBQ. The parking is located at the front of the house on the private property.
