The washing machine is in the storage room downstairs. This tastefully and cosily furnished villa is located in a neighborhood of a nice village, on a cul-de-sac, with a bakery, a bar and restaurant, Tabac and a pharmacy within walking distance. The heated private swimming pool and the attractively landscaped garden mean that you can enjoy your well-deserved holiday 'at home'. Of course, this location is also a great starting point to visit this great region. In the area there are many places of interest to visit (Minerve, Carcassonne, Narbonne, Fontfroide Abbey, wineries, beach) but it is definitely recommended to stay 'at home' and take advantage of the 'good French life'. The house has a large terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The attractive garden immediately gives you the feeling of being in France with its olive trees. It's easy to just walk into the drop and get a taste of 'real' French life. Adjacent to the living room is the large terrace with the dining table and a view of the garden and swimming pool. The parking is located at the front on the private property.
