This unique accommodation is completely private, has its own independent entrance and has no upstairs or downstairs neighbours. The residence is part of our historic, former wine estate. The high-quality renovation from the spring of 2018 combines a pleasant modern interior with the preservation of authentic elements.

The gîte has a warm and bright atmosphere. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, a cozy dining area and a comfortable lounge. The house has two beautiful, inviting bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. For a good night's sleep, even in the middle of summer, the gîte is fully air-conditioned. The absolute plus of this accommodation is the beautiful private terrace without any vis-à-vis (sans vis-à-vis), ideal for your moments of relaxation. There is free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and on your terrace.

The holiday home is adjacent to our large, shady park, a true haven of peace. Everything is there for an unforgettable holiday: take a refreshing dip in our seasonal swimming pool, play a friendly game on the pétanque court or prepare delicious grills in the communal barbecue area of the summer kitchen. The children will enjoy themselves to their heart's content thanks to the freely accessible playground and the trampoline.

Located on the outskirts of Fontcouverte, a charming and quiet village in the South of France, you can walk to all the local amenities: the cosy village café with small supermarket (and fresh bread depot), a basketball court, a public playground and the post office. Thanks to its excellent and fast connections, you can easily discover our exceptional heritage (Lagrasse, Minerve, Carcassonne) and be on the beaches of the Mediterranean or the refreshing lakes nearby in no time.
