This characterful accommodation is completely private, has its own independent entrance and is part of our historic, former wine estate.

The gîte elegantly combines the authenticity of old natural stone walls with a tasteful, modern decoration. On the ground floor you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area and a comfortable lounge with a wood stove for the winter evenings. On the upper floor there are two beautiful, inviting bedrooms, a bathroom and the toilet. For a good night's sleep, even in the middle of summer, the gîte is fully air-conditioned. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and on your own private terrace.

The holiday home borders a large, shady park that guarantees peace and serenity. Everything is here for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends: take a refreshing dip in the seasonal swimming pool, play a friendly game on our pétanque court or prepare delicious grills in the communal barbecue area. The children will not be bored for a moment thanks to the freely accessible playground and the trampoline.
An ideal location between land and sea:
Located on the outskirts of Fontcouverte, a charming and quiet village in the South of France, you will be within walking distance of all the local amenities: a cosy village pub with a small supermarket (and fresh bread depot), a basketball court, a public playground and the post office. Thanks to its excellent and fast connections, you can easily discover our exceptional heritage (Lagrasse, Minerve, Carcassonne) and be on the beaches of the Mediterranean or the refreshing lakes nearby in no time.
