This characterful accommodation is completely private, has its own independent entrance and is located in a former large barn of the domain, which was completely renovated in 2019 with luxury and modern amenities, respecting the original elements.

The gîte offers beautiful, high spaces and an ideal living environment to get together. On the ground floor you can enjoy a very large, bright living room with a high-quality, fully equipped open kitchen and an attractive dining area. The property features 4 beautiful, spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: two bedrooms have their own adjoining private bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a large shared bathroom. For a perfect indoor climate in all seasons, the gîte is fully air-conditioned. There is free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house and on your own large private terrace.

The holiday home is adjacent to our large, shady park, a true oasis of greenery and tranquility. Everything is there for an unforgettable holiday: take a refreshing dip in our seasonal swimming pool to relax, play a friendly game on the pétanque court or prepare delicious grills in the communal barbecue area of the summer kitchen. The children will enjoy themselves to their heart's content thanks to the freely accessible playground and the trampoline.

Located on the outskirts of Fontcouverte, a charming and quiet village in the South of France, you can walk to all the local amenities: the cosy village café with small supermarket (and fresh bread depot), a basketball court, a public playground and the post office. Thanks to its excellent and fast connections, you can easily discover our exceptional heritage (Lagrasse, Minerve, Carcassonne, Narbonne) and be on the beaches of the Mediterranean or on the refreshing lakes and rivers nearby in no time.
