This villa is located in the pleasant park Domaine Les Rives des l'Ardeche, near the village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc.
The villa can accommodate eight people and has a private swimming pool.

Living room with spacious and comfortably furnished sitting area with Smart TV and fireplace. Dining area with eight chairs near the sliding doors which give access to the covered terrace. Spacious, open kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee makers: Nespresso and Senseo. Bedroom with double bed and bedroom with two single beds. Bedrooms have air conditioning. Bathroom with shower (in bath), sink and toilet. The beds are made upon arrival. You can use free WiFi. Fiber optic has been installed since 2024.

First floor: two bedrooms with 2 single beds each, both bedrooms have air conditioning, bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

Outside: mature garden with seating under the trees, private swimming pool with Roman steps and sun beds around the pool. The private swimming pool is open from April to October. Covered terrace with garden table and chairs, lawn for the children to play on and an extra seating area with new lounge set available for guests. The cozy wicker parasols give the garden an extra Mediterranean touch! Parking space for your car on site and a charging station available. The swimming pool is closed in winter (November - March).
