Villa Bellevue is a completely detached, spacious and luxurious 6-person villa with private swimming pool located on the holiday park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche near the cozy village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc.

The Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche park has a large communal swimming pool, pétanque courts, tennis courts, ping-pong tables, children's playground equipment and a multi-sports ground where you can play football, basketball or volleyball. The park is located on the Ardèche river and 5 minutes away from the center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc with its authentic streets and cozy terraces. In high season, there is regularly a food truck with pizza or chicken at the park and you can order snacks at the reception. Various activities are also organized in the high season such as: rental of electric bicycles, Happy Hour, canoe trips, yoga and a wine tasting.

Villa Bellevue is a luxurious fully detached 6-person villa with private swimming pool, equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. The villa is located in the quiet holiday park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche, within walking distance of the Ardèche river. The villa has a cozy spacious living room and the television has both French and Dutch channels. Air conditioning is also available here. The dining room has a spacious table with 6 lovely chairs and sliding doors to the outside. The large open kitchen is fully equipped such as a spacious refrigerator with freezer compartment, a combi oven/microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Douwe Egberts cups coffee machine and kettle.

Downstairs there is 1 bedroom for 2 people with air conditioning, a bathroom with bath/shower and a toilet. In the hall there is a separate toilet and a room with the washing machine.

On the first floor are 2 bedrooms for two people with air conditioning and a bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet. The villa has a large balcony with a beautiful view.

Outside: the large secluded and fenced garden has a lovely covered terrace where you can enjoy the French outdoors, with beautiful views towards the mountains. The terrace has a large table with 6 chairs where you can sit in the shade. The private pool has lovely sunbeds to relax on. You can also use the extra built canopy with table and chairs. This way there is a place where you can sit in the sun or in the shade at almost any time of the day.

Pets are not allowed in this villa.
