Villa des Montagnes is a detached holiday villa for up to 8 people, located on the quiet park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. The villa has a private swimming pool, air conditioning in all rooms, a charging station for electric cars (free charging between 09:00 and 18:00) and a fully fenced garden with lots of privacy. Groups of young people are not allowed to ensure peace and quiet in the park.
The garden offers a covered terrace with a long dining table, eight adjustable chairs and a parasol. Around the pool there are sunbeds, thatched umbrellas and an outdoor shower. There is an illuminated jeu-de-boules court and a wooden playground with slide for the little ones. Pets are welcome, provided that they have been registered in advance and under appeal.
Inside you will find an attractive living room with modern furniture, a corner sofa, armchairs, dining area, fireplace, air conditioning, electric heaters and a smart TV. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and the sliding doors have a net curtain. The open kitchen is fully equipped with two refrigerators (one with freezer), combi oven/microwave, dishwasher, Senseo, coffee maker, kettle, mixer, hand blender and plenty of crockery.
On the ground floor are two bedrooms with air conditioning, ceiling fan, screen door, wardrobe, mirror and bedside tables. The master bedroom has a Pullman box spring (2x 90x210), the other room a box spring (2x 80x200). The bathroom has a bath/shower, bathroom furniture and toilet. In the hall is an extra toilet and a cupboard with cleaning products.
On the first floor are two bedrooms with air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito nets. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle, sink, toilet and storage space. The spacious balcony with seating and lighting offers a view over the park and the garden.
In the storage room there is a washing machine, dryer, electric barbecue and outdoor toys such as jeu-de-boules balls, table tennis rackets, badminton set, Kubben and tennis rackets. There are also three mountain bikes available (use at your own risk).
The park has a large communal swimming pool (300 m²) with children's pool, sunbeds and umbrellas. There are tennis courts, football and basketball court, table tennis table, playground, jeu-de-boules courts and outdoor fitness. Just outside the park are padel courts, a miniature golf course, a tree climbing park and paintball. In the area you can go karting and quad biking.
Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche is right on the river, accessible by stairs, and a five-minute drive from supermarkets, the centre of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, the market, shops, restaurants and terraces.
In high season, a food truck regularly stops by with pizza or chicken and you can get snacks at the reception. Various activities are organized such as electric bike rental, Happy Hour, canoe trips, yoga and wine tastings.
