Villa Des Montagnes is a luxurious fully detached 8-person villa with (heated) private swimming pool, equipped with air conditioning and a charging station for an electric car where you can charge your car between 09:00 and 18:00 at no cost. The villa is located on the quiet holiday park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche, directly on the Ardèche river, in Vallon Pont d'Arc.
The large secluded garden has a lovely covered terrace where you can enjoy. The terrace is equipped with a long table with 8 adjustable chairs and a parasol. The (heated) private pool has 8 adjustable sunbeds, 2 thatched umbrellas and an outdoor shower. The garden is completely shielded for possibly. pets and children and offers plenty of privacy. Pets are allowed if registered in advance and under appeal. In the garden is a jeu-de-boules court with lighting.
The villa has a cozy spacious living room with fireplace and modern attractive furniture which has recently been renewed. Air conditioning is not only available in the bedrooms but also in the living room. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets and a net curtain hangs in front of the sliding doors to keep flying guests out.
The large open kitchen with plenty of counter space is fully equipped such as 2 refrigerators, one with a large freezer compartment, combi oven/microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, coffee machine with coffee pot, mixer, hand blender, kettle, etc.
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, ceiling fan and screen door, a bathroom with bath/shower, a bathroom cabinet with plenty of storage space and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet and a cupboard space with vacuum cleaner and cleaning products downstairs in the hall.
On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito net, a second bathroom with shower cabin, a bathroom cabinet with storage space and a toilet. The villa also has a large balcony with seating and a view over the park and the beautiful backyard.
In the storage room there is a washing machine and dryer and an electric barbecue. The storage room also contains outdoor toys such as jeu-de-boules balls, table tennis bats, a badminton set, game Kubben, tennis rackets, etc. There are also 3 mountain bikes in the storage room which you can use. The bicycle keys are hanging in the hall, in the key box. The keys are labeled and we trust you to lock the bike if you park the bike outside the storage room. We are not liable for any damage and/or injury during use of the bicycles.
The park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche, with English reception, has a large communal swimming pool with sunbeds and terrace, jeu-de-boules courts, tennis courts, outdoor sports equipment and a playground. Just outside the park you can play padel or mini golf. These courts were built in 2024. There is also a tree climbing park/paintball within walking distance of the park.
The park is located on the Ardèche River, which can be reached by stairs, 5 minutes (driving) distance from supermarkets, the cozy center with authentic streets, the weekly market, shops, restaurants and terraces.
In high season there is regularly a food truck with pizza or chicken on the park and you can order snacks at the reception. Various activities are also organized in high season such as: rental of electric bicycles, Happy Hour, canoe trips, yoga and a wine tasting.
