A very well-kept villa with 5 bedrooms (all with AIR CONDITIONING) and 2 spacious bathrooms, HEATED private swimming pool with large terrace with sunbeds, FREE CHARGING STATION for an electric car, covered terrace, artificial grass field with playground equipment such as swings and sandbox and a built-in trampoline. The garden is equipped with atmospheric garden lighting and was newly landscaped in 2021. You can enjoy a wonderful holiday here with family and friends. The backyard is fenced and has a lot of privacy. FREE use of the various BBQs, with a choice of a gas BBQ, electric BBQ and a grill plate BBQ.
Villa Alize is in a very nice location on the outskirts of Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche with spectacular views. From this quietly located Domaine you can walk within a few minutes to the river Ardèche where you can swim, canoe and fish from the ''beach''. If you are a guest at Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche you can use the communal swimming pool with children's pool, playground, sports field, fitness field, jeu des boules courts and tennis courts. Of course you can also enjoy the heated private swimming pool in your garden!
In 2021, the entire garden was renewed, with the focus on being able to enjoy safely with the whole family. As owners with a young family, we know how important it is that there should be something for everyone to do in and around the home. We have had a fence placed around the garden so that small children cannot run away, artificial grass has been installed so that you can lie in the sun, a climbing frame with slide and swings where you can play all day, a trampoline dug in (with a protective net) so that the little ones do not fall out, outdoor shower heated in the sun, new sunbeds and a renewed terrace around the pool.
A good night's sleep is important, also for the children. We have bought a sturdy and good cot that you can use freely. This is much more pleasant sleeping than the available (for rent via reception) camping beds.

Spacious and tastefully decorated living room with open kitchen which is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and other appliances. The villa has wifi internet. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms with air conditioning and a bathroom.
First floor:
3 air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom. Spacious balcony with seating area and spectacular views.
Garden:
Beautifully landscaped garden with heated private swimming pool (10 x 5 m) with Roman steps. The pool can be covered in the cooler months, so that the water remains at the right temperature. There are sunbeds by the pool and there is an extra seating area by the trees, so you can also enjoy the shade!

This villa is located on the park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche. The park is in a beautiful location, on the river l'Ardeche. At the park you will find various communal facilities including a large swimming pool with children's pool and tennis courts that you can use free of charge.
Environment
Although the surroundings of Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche are mainly dominated by the rugged natural beauty and swaying vineyards, the area has many picturesque villages. The lively Ruoms, just north of Domaine, once started as a monastery. Around it slowly grew a village that is now a popular holiday spot. During your stay, a visit to the city of Alès should not be missed. Do you prefer to stay close to the holiday park? Then be sure to spend an afternoon in the cozy Vallon Pont d'Arc, a historic town and center for cultural tourism.
