Villa Alize is in a very nice location on the outer edge of Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche with spectacular views. From this quietly located Domaine you can walk within a few minutes to the river Ardeche where you can swim, canoe and fish from the ''beach''. If you are a guest at Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche, you can use the communal swimming pool with children's pool, playground, sports field, fitness field, jeu des boules courts and tennis courts. Of course you can also enjoy the heated private swimming pool in your garden!
In 2021, the entire garden was renovated with the focus on being able to enjoy safely with the whole family. As owners with a young family, we know how important it is that there should be something for everyone to do in and around the home. We have placed a fence around the garden so that small children cannot run away, installed artificial grass so that you can lie in the sun, placed a climbing frame with slide and swings where you can play all day, dug in a trampoline (with protection net) then the little ones will not fall out, outdoor shower heated in the sun, new sun beds and a renewed terrace around the pool.
A good night's sleep is important, also for the children. We have bought a sturdy and good cot that you can use freely. This is much more pleasant to sleep than the available (for rent via reception) camp beds.

Environment
Although the area around Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche is mainly dominated by the rugged natural beauty and waving vineyards, the area has many picturesque villages. Lively Ruoms, just north of Domaine, once started as a monastery. A village slowly grew around it, which is now a popular holiday spot. During your stay, a visit to the city of Alès should not be missed. Would you rather stay close to the holiday park? Then be sure to spend an afternoon in the cozy Vallon Pont d'Arc, a historic town and center for cultural tourism.
Many nature lovers choose here for their holiday, the variation in altitude and climate guarantees a variety of trees, plants and flowers. It is an excellent area for spotting all kinds of birds of prey and by nightfall deer, roe deer and wild boar appear at the edge of the forest.
