One of the most beautiful spacious holiday villas for eight people in the Ardeche, in the holiday park Les Rives de l'Ardeche, near the picturesque village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. At the holiday park you can use the facilities such as the large communal swimming pool, playground for small children and the tennis and volleyball courts free of charge.

Accommodation: 8 persons, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

Ground floor: Spacious living room with air conditioning, sitting area and Dutch-language television, fireplace. Dining area with six chairs (2 extra in bedrooms) and open kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, Senseo coffee machine, oven, dishwasher and microwave.

There is also a washer/dryer combination available for your use. Master bedroom with air conditioning, extra long beds (210 cm) and access to terrace, bathroom with bath (shower in bath), sink and toilet. Second bedroom for two people. Sleeping and bathing facilities have separate access from the inside. The beds are made upon arrival.

First floor: Two double bedrooms, air-conditioned. Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Covered terrace with sitting area. All bedrooms have a wired internet connection for a fast connection, there is also wifi in the villa and available.

Outside: Deep north-facing garden designed by an architect, with sun at any time of the day, but more importantly, also shade in the hot summers! Private swimming pool (9 x 4.5 m, depth of 0.60 - 2 m), surrounded by a terrace with 6 luxury sunbeds. Elevated part with garden furniture in the shade of mulberry trees.

Covered terrace with luxurious garden furniture so you can enjoy your meal in the shade. In the cooler months you can use the pool heating (additional cost). Bowling alley. Parking for 2 cars.
