Very comfortable house with new kitchen since April 2024, beautiful bathroom, granulate stove and covered terrace. This house has been restored in such a way that the authenticity has been preserved and the interior has been adapted to our current needs and wishes.
You will find: sun, peace, space, privacy and beautiful views. A true hiker's paradise. Located at an altitude of about 400m in the mountains. In 2010, this area was declared a protected natural area (Parc Regional des Monts d'Ardèche). You can go straight down to the river Gluyere (12 min) where you have your own private swimming opportunity. In 2015, La Vigne was equipped with chestnut wood frames, double glazing and roll-up mosquito nets. For the little guests there is a playground and sandpit. The creativity in your children will resurface. Making shovels and carving walking sticks; too good to be true!! Playing hide and seek, etcetera.
For you, there is a jeu de boule court with nice seating areas on the grounds of Basse Maza. On the barbecue terrace you can use the gas barbecue and under the chestnut tree there is a nice seating area where you can exchange your stories while enjoying a welcome wine, which we offer you as a guest of La Vigne. 10 km away is a survival-adventure Park Aquarock, where young and old can be active in mountain and water sports.
In the area we have some agreements with the restaurants, where you as a guest of La Vigne are offered the aperitif for free . Between 12:00 - 1500 hours, most restaurants offer an interesting menu. Menu du Jour (3 or 4 courses). The prices are about € 14,- including wine and coffee. This only applies from Monday to Friday. I will be happy to give you information about the different restaurants. There's something for everyone!
