Via the stairs in the villa park you can walk straight to the beautiful river Ardêche.

As the owner of this beautiful villa, we wish our guests a holiday where nothing is missing. For activities such as jeux de boules, tennis, table tennis, pool billiards, darts, badminton, etc., all equipment is available, including a sports net. BBQ available. In the garden there is a large canopy with pool table, table tennis and darts. French and Dutch TV channels are available, including ESPN sports channels.

Horse riding, canoeing, survivelen, 9 holes golf course 10 minutes in grosspierres, 18 holes golf course in Montélimar less than an hour away, llama farm, silkworm museum, still museum, lots of stalactite caves, mountain biking, and a lot of culture and ..... .. a nice climate.
