Front view of the house - on the side parking space for 3 cars. . All rooms have those cozy French shutters - which make for a wonderfully cool house in the French summers,
Solar panels were installed in the fall of 2021. Due to the many hours of sunshine, the villa is completely self-sufficient in energy!
Our own Jeu des Boules court. You can also see here that there is a fence around the (entire) garden. Very nice if you have children (and/or pets - the latter are available on request).
The large backyard of our house - we have a large (1500 m2) lawn with a large terrace with 10 sun beds - in the shade and in the sun, you can choose! The swimming pool measures approximately 10 meters by 4 meters and has a deep and a shallow end.
There is a large dining table with sufficient chairs both outside and inside. You can choose where you eat. The outdoor table is under the cozy enlarged canopy, sometimes we move the table to the lawn if we want to eat in the sun. We also have a nice BBQ outside.
The spacious, cozy sitting room can be completely opened through the sliding doors in three places in the facade. You can easily go from outside to inside and vice versa.
The TV in the living room has satellite and the Dutch TV channels can also be seen on it. (Excellent) WIFI is available throughout the house and at the pool.
Modern kitchen with beautiful induction hob, dishwasher and combination microwave. We also have plenty of refrigerator space. More than enough for 10 people.
The most beautiful bedroom downstairs: through the French doors you can look out onto the village of Sampzon and walk directly to the swimming pool if you want. Delicious!
We made 2 completely new bathrooms (and toilet on the ground floor) in 2024. More beautiful but also more practical. Both with walk-in rain showers! This is the downstairs bathroom.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms - both for 2 people. 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. The beds were completely renovated in summer 2021! These beds are all 210m now. (Bunk beds 190cm). The room in the photo is at the front of the house
The first floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 with a bunk bed. Another 'open' room that offers a view of the garden and a great place to dry your laundry (indoor).

Our covered terrace has been enlarged so that you have more space to sit covered. The table in the photo is for 6 people - it can easily be expanded to 10 people.

The terrace extends from the swimming pool to the lounge set under the pergola. You can always find shade, even on the sometimes hot summer days.
There is a table tennis table available - if it is not set up you will find it in the storage room.
How wonderful it is to relax or play a fanatic game of ping-pong.

You will see that it is nice that you can decide for yourself whether you can sit in the shade or not. The swimming pool has an electrically operated cover - so you can close the pool bar in the evening or if you have small children with you.
We have a total of 10 sun beds - with a number of parasols
From the mulberry terrace (the tree terrace) this is your view of the house, but also to the other side there is only greenery with a view of the village of Sampzon. The house is located on the edge of the park so we have no other houses that you overlook.

The garden lighting is very beautiful in the evening. The seating areas and a few trees are all illuminated. The swimming pool is also beautifully lit.

The stove has 5 burners and 2 ovens. The kitchen is richly equipped with kitchen utensils and spices, as well as a dishwasher and kitchen linen.
The kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators and a cooler, microwave and built-in coffee machine.
In addition to the kitchen inside, there is also an outdoor kitchen.
