The apartment is surrounded by the Lake, lavender fields and mountains. From our apartment you can explore the beautiful Provence & Côte d'Azur with its many beautiful historic villages. Around the lake you will find a lot of activities. Our place is located in the private residence 'Le Castellas'.

Walking distance approx. 850 meters. from Apartment to supermarket ( Open 7 days / week ) The apartment have big private parking easy to get in & out and at the property there's restaurants nearby La guarrigue and the Petanque Court.

Our duplex apartment on the second floors of the building and fully furnished for a family of 4 persons. This apartment has separate kitchen, big terrace where you can have breakfast, sunbathing, reading with the magnificent landscapes(turquoise lake and mountains) and starry night over the lake. The living room there is couch L shaped, dining table and upstair 2 separate bedrooms, Bedroom 1 Double bed 160x200 and Bedroom 2 Bunk beds, bathroom with shower and toilet.

The Village and Lake Sainte Croix Du Verdon have facilities to let you enjoy water sports activities Canoe or pedal boat, Catamaran, Paddle board, Windsurf board etc. or just sunbathing and swim. The beach is family&kids friendly easy to find a peaceful corner where you can escape from the crowds of summer vacation.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).The landlord will charge the following amounts depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 1 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer be using the rented property, he will still be liable for the full rental price.
