The village of Parfondeval has been voted one of the most beautiful villages (Beau Village) in France. In the village you will find a restaurant, a jeux de boules field, you can rent electric bicycles and there is a village walk (audio tour NL/FR/ENG) along all the historical sights of the village including an old bathhouse and a church (Église Saint-Médard de Parfondeval). Parfondeval is located on a cultural route that leads you past fortified churches.
On our estate you will find a large house with a cozy sitting area, dining table, coffee corner, TV with Netflix, kitchen with fireplace, 6 burner gas stove, large oven, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, refrigerator. Utility room with washing machine, dryer, 2nd fridge, freezer, extensive games cupboard, toilet with fountain. Spacious dining room with 4 meters! Long table for evenings of fun with the whole family.
From this part there is a passage to the play barn. Stairs to the 1st floor where 3 bedrooms for a total of 8 people and bathroom with bath, shower and sink.
In the play barn there is a sports room, table tennis table, dartboard and table football. Adjacent is the sanitary room with bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, washing machine & dryer, 2 sinks, separate extra toilet with urinal.
Around the house you will find the garden with beautifully lit football field, wood-fired hot tub for 4 people and playground equipment. There is a covered outdoor area with gas barbecue, charcoal barbecue and spacious dining table.
Surroundings: The country house is a 5-minute drive from a large supermarket, bakery, butcher and pharmacy. In the immediate vicinity are beautiful walking and cycling routes (including mountain bike trails). A 30-60 min drive away are climbing parks, a beautiful lake with beach, (indoor and outdoor) swimming pool with slides, bowling, go-kart track, large supermarket, various shops, restaurants and a hospital.
A 60-minute drive away are cities such as Charleville (very nice!) and Reims where you can visit wineries and churches, but also shopping and laser tag, for example.
