Beautiful holiday home very suitable for a family or with friends or relatives. The villa has a large garden that is completely enclosed. Children can play there to their heart's content. The house is equipped with all comforts: has beautiful large rooms with a beautiful view over the village or the garden. A swimming pool has been constructed, 12 meters long and six meters wide and two meters deep. With a beautiful view either over the house or over the town. The house is a bit higher so there is always a slightly cooling breeze blowing. Very pleasant in the lovely warm summers.

There is plenty to do in the area. The village itself is a beautiful authentic spa town. The thermal baths are very well visited there. Wonderful to pamper yourself. In summer, different activities are organized every day, sometimes for young and sometimes for small, or for both. Every day there is live music somewhere and every week an old-fashioned ball dance is organized. In the area you can enjoy walking in the vast forests but also shopping in the nearby cities. Clermont Ferrand, Vichy also such a beautiful city and Bourges are only an hour away. Montluçon also has a very beautiful medieval city center. You can also eat delicious food there.

Only a few kilometers from Neris there is a beautifully situated golf course. Horseback riding, canoeing, mountain biking, tennis etc are also activities that you can undertake in Neris Les Bains or the very nearby area. There are also numerous lakes and rivers in the area where you can go hiking or fishing, or canoeing. There are also all kinds of amusement parks in the vicinity. The large impressive Forêt de Tronçais is 40 minutes away. There you can climb between the trees under the guidance of a certified team etc.

In short, plenty to do. You won't get bored easily. There is also an indoor swimming pool in Neris and 15 minutes away you can find the Aqualudic. In Neris itself there are supermarkets, pharmacies, a bank with ATM, several bakeries and terraces.

The weather in the Allier in spring can always be called very pleasant to summery. Summers are generally warm to very warm and sunny. When it rains, they are normally short showers and float over. And if it rains in winter or autumn, it is often at night. Since March it has been wonderful there in terms of temperature, lots of sun and little precipitation. The late summers are generally wonderfully long there too.

Our house has a beautiful appearance and despite the size of the house does very warm and cozy atmosphere. Neris since the 18th century, a typical spa. This makes it very vibrant summer. The area is wooded with numerous small lakes. Many of the original features have been preserved in the house.

weekly prices are for max 8 people, If you come with 6 people, then generally only the first floor is released. Children should sleep in the children's rooms. This is because the mattresses in those rooms are extra protected against accidents and we like to keep the other mattresses in the other rooms in good condition. The children's rooms have 2 beds per room. Keep this in mind. If you come with more than 6 people or with only adults, you will be assigned other or extra rooms. Bedrooms that are not in use are locked.

No smoking in the house and no pets.

The house will be delivered clean and we expect it to be left tidy. Oven and stove clean, garbage gone, and beds removed. The cleaning costs are for the final cleaning, checking and washing and ironing of the linen. If the house is not clean, 100 euros will still be deducted from the deposit. The swimming pool should be maintained by you during your stay. We will explain this and provide you with the necessities.

It is a beautiful old house with all still ornamented ceilings. A beautifully landscaped garden. The house originates from 1900. It is refurbished but retaining the natural style. It is a very big house but feels very cozy atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Just 10 minutes away by car lies a beautiful golf course. You can also go hiking, the local tourist office can provide much information on all routes and button activities.
Biking, fishing, kayaking, horseback riding, jogggen, shopping, fine dining, see the attractions. Everything is within reach. Vichy, Moulins, Montlucon, Clermont Ferrand, Bourges all very well to drive a nice to wander around.

We had a wonderful holiday, the garden was very spacious. House is very comfortable and wonderfully spacious. Beautiful dining table and the beautiful chandeliers we could greatly appreciate. Very spacious bedrooms.

Had a very nice week, lovely weather. Despite the fact that it is a holiday home, we felt very much at home there. Bathroom really French but that also has its charm. House was neatly in order on arrival. We were very satisfied and will definitely come by again.

The thermal springs of Néris-les-Bains were already used by the Gauls, later expanded by the Romans. After centuries of decay, the spa town was revived in the 19th century. The water (53°C) is known for its calming and muscle relaxing effect and is used in the treatment of psychosomatic, neurological disorders and rheumatism. Since 1992, a local organization has been managing the sources.

In the north of Allier, the jagged gravel river L'Allier flows through a beautiful landscape. This nature served as inspiration for the development of nature along the Grensmaas in Limburg. Cities such as Vichy and Moulins are definitely worth a visit. Near Saint-Pourçain is one of the oldest wine regions in France, with an 80 km long wine route full of charming places.
