Our house is located on 1630 m2 of land, a plot of land in a long 3-corner shape with a nice small river on one side with a wine/wheat field on the other side, with a magnificent view, on a cul-de-sac in the Haut-Languedoc nature park.
55km from the Mediterranean Sea and the airport Béziers / Cap d'Agde (Ryan Air), 18 km. from the Lac du Salagou, (sailing, canoeing, pedal boats, swimming, mountain biking around the lake 32 km.), 80 km. from the beautiful city of Montpellier, distance to the Spanish coast (Rosas) is 210 km.
In front of the house starts one of the many hiking trails along the river Orb, through the vineyards and the rugged nature in the starting mountains.

The spacious front garden with terrace near the kitchen gives a view of the river Orb, which flows deep into the riverbed. Ideal breakfast spot in summer and bbq place in the afternoon/evening sun.
The large, attractive, flowery and deep south-facing backyard with swimming pool (4x8 m.) and solar shower has various seating areas and many Mediterranean plants, such as Mimosa, Yuccas, Agave, Palms and Cypresses. Halfway through the garden there is also a garden shed for garden tools, etc.
The driveway offers parking for min. 3 cars and provides access to the (wine) cellar, which runs under the entire house. In front of the house, on the Orb, there is also plenty of parking space. There are no neighbors across the street, we are the last house of the municipality with the last lamppost in front of the door. The house is not lonely and very free.
