55km from the Mediterranean Sea and the airport Béziers / Cap d'Agde (Ryan Air), 18 km. from the Lac du Salagou, (sailing, canoeing, pedal boats, swimming, mountain biking around the lake 32 km.), 80 km. from the beautiful city of Montpellier, distance to the Spanish coast (Rosas) is 210 km.
In front of the house starts one of the many hiking trails along the river Orb, through the vineyards and the rugged nature in the starting mountains.
