The house is located on a lake where you can swim. In the modern house, which was completed in 2009, all modern gadgets are present and you will lack nothing. There are tennis courts, miniature golf, water slide, sunbathing area, children's play areas, restaurants and a bar. For the nature lover there is perhaps even more. In addition to the breathtaking views, there are cycling tours through unspoilt nature, it is a Valhalla for mountain bikers and hiking is an absolute must. You should not miss the nearby Giant Mountains, only 5 km away. You can easily go here by bus or car, there is plenty to do in both winter and summer. Mlade Buky ski resort is 5 km from the holiday home. In the summer you can go here for a beautifully designed amusement park in your own style (built in 2019) with extensive use of wood and beautifully situated on a mountain (Balda's World). Adrspach rock formation is one of the most beautiful mountains of Eastern Europe and is located 20 km from Dolce Vita. Also worth seeing are the Bozkov caves or a visit to the impressive Stachelberg, a defense structure with beautiful tunnels. A visit to the Giant Mountains should not be missed; you are there in a fifteen minute drive. Here are nice villages, it is beautiful walking and you have the most beautiful views. A new attraction is located in Janske Lazne, the crown tree path is a phenomenon, an absolute must to visit, culminating in a slide that you will not soon forget. Janske Lazne itself is a spa with many wellness options. The golf course of Mlade Buky is the most beautiful in the Czech Republic and perhaps far beyond, 4 km from our house and very popular.
