Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The basic price is based on 2 people.

Cancellation (termination by the tenant). The landlord urges the tenant to take out (continuous) cancellation insurance. In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before departure, the deposit amount, 10%, will not be refunded. In case of cancellation from 6 weeks before arrival, 100% of the rent is due. If you leave earlier than the agreed departure date, no refund will be made.
