DESCRIPTION

This beautiful apartment is located in the prestigious Grand View Residences (GVR) resort. In just a 10-minute drive to Willemstad and the airport, on the coast at Piscadera Bay. Within walking distance of beaches and restaurants. In GVR there are plenty of parking spaces in front of the apartment and the whole complex is safe and secure with 24/7 security. 

Our modern and stylish apartment is newly built in 2023 with a very spacious layout. It is located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and full air conditioning in all areas. The entire apartment has high ceilings with large sliding doors. Open these sliding doors to connect the indoor space with the outdoor space and with the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea.

You only need to bring your own clothes as the apartment is fully equipped with plenty of bed linen, soap, shampoo, bath towels, beach towels, snorkels, fins, coolers and much more.

GVR offers a very large swimming pool, gym, mini golf, gardens and is within walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Finally, car rental at cheaper local rental rates is possible. 


The kitchen

This is fully equipped with a 4-burner induction hob, American fridge, freezer, dishwasher, airfryer, oven, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, toaster, blender and much more. This way you can prepare a delicious meal or the tastiest cocktails in no time.


Master bedroom

This has a Kingsize box spring bed of 180cm wide and high thick comfortable mattresses and soft clean bed linen. Adjacent to the room is a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with double sink, wc, walk-in shower with thermostatic mixer tap.


Second bedroom

This has a Queen-size box spring bed of 160cm that can also be used as 2x single beds. Here too, the mattresses are of high quality and soft clean bed linen. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with wc, sink, walk-in shower with thermostatic mixer tap.

Living room

This spacious living room and open plan kitchen has floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open out onto a very spacious balcony for that outdoor living feeling. There is a flatscreen TV with streaming channels (Netflix etc.), superfast Wi-Fi and a 4-seater sofa with armchairs.

What you also need to know

✔️ Water and electricity are not included. You only pay for what you use and pay the cost price. Our guests pay on average between $45 - $90 per week, based on 3 people together. Water costs $8.50 per m3. Electricity costs $0.45 ct per kWh.

✔️ HOW IT WORKS: You pay a US$300 cash deposit upon check-in. The meter readings are taken together with our manager. Upon check-out, the deposit will be refunded in full, minus the amount for water and electricity.

The reason for this is to encourage "normal use" of energy. Normal use simply means that you don't leave the air conditioning on unnecessarily during the day.
