This spacious villa is located high on a hill with a private swimming pool and is very centrally located in a top location with a beautiful view and wonderfully sheltered from the wind by tropical plants, palm trees and glass windscreens, in a very quiet neighborhood with only local traffic.
The house is built against a mountain and consists of three floors, (see also floor plans):
-The 3rd floor is at roof level. The holiday home is accessible via a wide easily walking staircase, which is equal to street level. The entrance to the passenger elevator is also located here, which reaches all floors. This lift is only available for the disabled and/or people with walking difficulties. Use by children is not permitted unaccompanied.
- The 2nd floor (downstairs) is used by Marianne & Peter. -You will not be bothered by them at all and your privacy is guaranteed.
-The 1st floor (ground floor) is the holiday residence. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with kitchenette and a laundry + housekeeping. Outside there is a pool with pool terrace and a covered patio where you can enjoy the view in the shade, have breakfast, lunch, dinner and/or BBQ
The whole is attractively furnished and equipped with every comfort such as air conditioning, combi-oven, air-fryer, smarttv, radio & fast internet. This floor is available all year round.
The entire villa is only available in the following periods.
a. 1 March to 1 May 2025
b. 1 June to 1 Oct. 2025
c. Dec. 15, 2025. to Jan. 6. 2026
The rental price for the entire villa in the period is 6 Jan. until June 15 and from Sept. 1. until Dec. 14, 2025 : Euro.3.850,00 per week
In the high season between Jun 16 and Aug 30, 2025 and Dec 15, 2025 to Jan 6, 2025 2026 the rent is
Euro. 4.500,00 per week.
Minimum rental period is 1 week
Rental price holiday accommodation only on the ground floor is in low season Euro, 1.400,00 & in high season Euro. 1.750,00 per week.
Electricity costs are settled by means of an intermediate meter at Euro. 0.45 / kwh. Water consumption free. Deposit is Euro. 175.00 per week. Final cleaning is Euro. 125.00. Intermediate cleaning is mandatory for stays longer than 1 week at Euro.75.00 per week.
A 50% deposit must be paid upon reservation. The remainder must be paid at least 3 weeks before arrival. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
The stay is available from 15:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 18:00 a.m. at the latest.
