The Tropical Villa is a luxurious, authentic colonial holiday villa with a large private swimming pool and a very large tropical walled garden where you can enjoy complete privacy. You always rent the entire villa, regardless of the size of your party, there will be no other guests during your rental period.

A villa provides all the comforts you have at home, after all, on holiday it should be better than at home. The large 10-person (and a baby or small child) Tropical Villa is located in the leafy, quiet Julianadorp, centrally located on Curaçao. Julianadorp is a spacious neighborhood known for its beautiful, cool and authentic tropical villas, built in the 1950s by Shell as executive residences. The tropical villas breathe the atmosphere of a bygone era, but have of course been completely renovated and equipped with all modern conveniences and luxury.
Large living room and fully equipped kitchen
The villa has a large living room with flat screen TV and DVD player. Annexed to the living room is a large open kitchen that is equipped with every luxury (refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.) so that you have nothing to worry about. need not be missing. In the Tropical Villa you have free WiFi and can therefore keep in touch with the rest of the world during your holiday.
5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms
The villa has 5 bedrooms with large double beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. There are 3 bathrooms, all equipped with a shower, toilet and hairdryer, and the villa also has a separate guest toilet. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are of course available in sufficient quantities.
Terraces and outdoor kitchen
The Tropical Villa was specially designed by the architects for life in a tropical climate: the outdoor spaces are therefore at least as large as the indoor spaces. The villa has a large veranda at the front where you can have breakfast in the shade and also a large veranda at the rear where you can enjoy lounging. And if you live largely outside, why not also cook and eat outside? Under the palapa (a typical Caribbean canopy of dried palm leaves that provides protection against the sun and rain) is a large dining table and the outdoor kitchen is equipped with a large gas barbecue to provide a large group with a good evening meal.
Swimming pool and privacy
The Tropical Villa is located on a large walled plot (2000 m2) with a large private swimming pool (5 by 10 m) and outdoor shower in the tropical garden, so there is plenty of space to enjoy the Caribbean weather in complete privacy. There are plenty of sunbeds for sunbathing. The swimming pool is maintained once a week by the pool service.
Holiday with children
Going on holiday with small children requires a lot of your organizational skills, especially when it concerns a flying holiday to a tropical location. To make things a little easier for you, after all, it is a holiday, the tropical villa has the necessary facilities for families
In the tropical villa you will of course have access to a microwave for heating up baby snacks and bottles and an electric kettle. You can have a camping bed, a baby bath, a maxi cosi, high chair, changing mat, potty, etc.

Julianadorp is centrally located on the island, the beach and the 18-hole golf course of Blue Bay are located
just 5 minutes, it is 7 minutes (by car) from Hato Airport and only 10 minutes from Willemstad and all restaurants and 2 minutes away from the large Centrum Supermarket and the University.
