Centrally, in the most beautiful place of Curacao, you will find our house located on a quiet resort between other spacious bungalows, in a beautifully landscaped tropical garden. The resort appeals, due to its spacious layout, tranquility and friendly atmosphere, people who come to Curacao for both a short and longer stay.
You will stay in an oasis of greenery, between the aloe plants, the colorful bougainvillea and the date palms. The children can play freely, because a speed limit of 15 km per hour applies to the cars of visitors and residents. In addition, there is 24-hour security.
A few minutes' walk (about 500m) you will find the beach Pirate Bay. A beautiful and sunny sandy beach where you can swim, snorkel or laze in the shade of the palm trees. Exotic drinks can be enjoyed at the cocktail bar. The chef serves local dishes and freshly caught fish.
Within walking distance of the beach you will find some hotels (Mariott, Dreams, Zoëtry) with casinos, restaurants and bars. In the Mariott hotel an ATM is accessible to everyone. If you want to admire the spectacular underwater world of Curacao, you can take a course at one of the nearby diving schools.

Staying with 4 adults and a (small) child is possible for a small extra fee.
Please note:
The rent does not include the costs for Water and Electricity. These depend on your consumption (e.g. air conditioning whether or not it is always in use) and the unit cost is higher than in the Netherlands. As an indication (price level 2023) for Electricity: ~0.7 Naf/kWh and Water: ~ 16.50 Naf/m3. This means an estimated amount of ~ 200 Nafl/week for 2 people.
Furthermore, it does not include tourist tax (7%).
