Our holiday home is a semi-detached house located in a very quiet neighborhood in Coral Partier in the northeastern part of Curacao. The apartment is fully furnished so all you need is your clothes and a holiday feeling. House can also be rented with a small 4-door car. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning. The master bedroom has a double bed (180*200) and the other bedroom has 2 (90*200) beds. The apartment is equipped with 1 bathroom, with the option of cold or hot shower and a toilet. The apartment has an open living room with an open kitchen. In front of the entrance there is a small porch where you can sit.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:
  • cancellation less than 1 week before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
