Price/Quality is a 10, but at that rating the stars went down, so Micazu doesn't seem to register 😅 that well.

Wonderfully enjoyed with the family our stay at casa troepiaal. Complete house with lots of space and privacy on a beautifully decorated resort. The gas bbq could not be used, but that was solved by the managers with a replacement coal bbq. Location is nice central and close to Willemstad.

Casa is located in a secure park with friendly security/reception and perfect for visiting the beaches towards the West Coast and Willemstad. In addition to the mosquitoes and iguanas, we also had a visit from geckos, frogs, pigeon, insect with blades. Unfortunately, the bbq cannot be used, totally rusted through. Toilet paper is not allowed in toilet and pool was green, algae

Really everything available, lots of privacy, lovely swimming pool and good beds.

Perfect location too, great base for Curaçao.

Nice beach within walking distance.

Costs water and energy afterwards, but that was clear in advance.

In September we were able to enjoy this beautiful place in Curaçao. Friendliness and location we found superb. Had very hot days; humidity 80%, UV index 11, wind chill 36-38C. Partly for this reason, I also made a lot of use of the beautiful swimming pool. We found less aggressive mosquitoes, rubbing the entire body is a must. We enjoyed the impertinent "sugar thieves" and beautiful "troepiaaltjes" around the house. Additional costs for water and energy are about 20% on top of the total amount. We have used energy sparingly, turned on the air conditioning before going to bed and turned it off in the morning.
Tip for people arriving on Sunday; Supermarkets close at 18:00, restaurant closes at 21:00. We wanted to have a bite to eat after 21:00 but ended up going to bed with an empty stomach. The cold bottle of white wine in the fridge on arrival, delicious wine by the way, made up for a lot.
We look back on a beautiful holiday and may come back again!

A cupboard full of books and plenty of space in the sun or shade to read from them.
Many beaches in the area, with piratebay within walking distance.
Bedrooms with air conditioning, good beds and private bathrooms with toilets.
A well-equipped kitchen with large fridge and a blender to make your own batidos (smoothies)
We had a wonderful time.
