Bungalow Mariposa, which means butterfly.

A lovely bungalow, very centrally located.
The house has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
The house has a lovely spacious living room with sofa and TV, and an open kitchen. The open kitchen has a table with chairs for working or enjoying a meal with family or friends.
All windows have a screen so that the mosquitoes stay outside, so the house can enjoy a nice breeze, which gives a wonderful tropical feeling.

At the front of the bungalow there is a nice terrace with dining area.

The park has a communal swimming pool with sun beds, surrounded by tropical plants.

The Barracuda park is centrally located, close to the famous Mambo beach, with its beach, shops and the tastiest restaurants. And of course beach bars for fun evenings and happy hours.
10 minutes by car to Zanzibar, also a lovely beach and sports facilities such as a gym, beach volleyball and snorkeling and diving.
Saturday evening is happy hour in Zanzibar with a nice live band.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
