Welcome to Casa June, a super attractive and brand new holiday home where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful tropical garden with swimming pool. You share the garden and pool with 1 other house.

If you are looking for peace and comfort and a central location, then Casa June is your ideal destination.

Casa June is located in a friendly/quiet residential area in Montana Abao, and is centrally located with several supermarkets, a gym, tennis court and a car rental company within walking distance.

You can reach Jan Thiel & Mambo Beach within about 8 minutes by car. Within about 15 minutes you are in the cozy Willemstad/Pietermaai.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The basic price is for 2 people. 

If you come with 2 people, the entire ground floor is at your disposal, the 2 bedrooms upstairs are then closed.

If you come with 4 people / 2 bedrooms, you pay a surcharge of 50,- € per night per extra room. Select 'Extra bedroom 2' under Optional extras when you place the booking request. 

If you come with 6 people / 3 bedrooms, you pay a surcharge of 50,- € per night per extra room. Select 'Extra bedroom 2' and 'Extra bedroom 3'  under Optional extras when you place the booking request. 


Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

The Pontjes Bridge runs over Sint Anna Bay and connects the Punda and Otrobanda districts. Otrobanda and Punda together form the historic city center of Willemstad.
The Punda Love Heart was created by Carlos Blaaker (February 2017). It is located at the Queen Emma Bridge in Willemstad; also called the pontoon bridge. Couples in love can attach a padlock to it to seal their love.
At the Pontjesbrug on the Handelskade in Willemstad, wooden boats from Venezuela moor along the canal, and sellers offer freshly caught fish and tropical fruit and vegetables (plantains, citrus, papayas, avocados). This happens directly from the quay in the shade of tents.
